General Information

At Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics every client receives comprehensive treatment and after care. We operate competitive pricing for the treatments and procedures we provide and the reassurance that the treatment will reflect quality and care throughout.

In order to maintain our professional and ethical standards we charge a holding fee for all appointments booked. The fee of £30 will be deducted from the cost of your treatment on the day. If you wish to change your appointment please ensure you advise 48 hrs in advance of your treatment time, failure to do so will result the loss of your deposit. A further deposit will be required for any new appointments. At Rejuvenate all consultations are free as our aim is to help and provide you with the necessary information and medical advice you need to make an informed decision about your treatment or procedure.

Appointment Information

All clients are required to provide contact details, including address, telephone and email in order to receive treatment. All clients will be required to complete a Medical history form at their first appointment which MUST declare any medical conditions or medications. All information will be treated as confidential and is protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation.

Please do NOT attend your appointment if you are unwell, if you are unsure please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell. This includes colds, cold sores and local skin infections.

Payment

You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment before any procedure is undertaken.
Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.

Refunds

Deposits for treatments, when confirmed, are non-refundable due to the products being ordered in advance for your treatment. For larger treatments a discretionary deposit may be taken.
Fees charged for treatment are for the delivery of a treatment and accompanying service which is inclusive of:

  • Consultation and assessment.
  • Provision of information and advice.
  • Safe treatment with evidence based products.
  • Aftercare advice and support as appropriate.

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service, factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Liability

Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics will not be liable in contract, or otherwise for any economic loss (including without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage, arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provide Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.
The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area. Nothing in these terms of business shall exclude or limit Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics liability for death or any personal injury resulting from Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics negligence.

By booking an appointment with Rejuvenate Skincare & Aesthetics, you are confirming that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to comply with them. You are also confirming that you have provided accurate and complete information about your medical history and any medications you are taking.
